helpful staff lovely room great location

The hotel staff was very helpful and good. Our room was very nice and a good value. They only serve breakfast, and it was lovely. The location was great, really central to everything.

The hotel had no bar, which it was strange for a four star.

a palatial dream!

fine architecture secret garden excellent recommendation complimentary wine

the building had fine architecture. it seemed like a secret garden in the city center. the receptionists, sara and gabby, offered assistance with bookings. they also made excellent recommendations. complimentary white wine was available in reception. i also enjoyed the fruit and pastries.

The wellness zone required an extra payment. This was a surprise. for a hotel of this level, i think it should be included. also, there was no bar open in the evenings which was a shame.

The staff was very attentive. the reception and cleaning staff were professional and helpful. i really appreciated the quick response from housekeeping when my husband left his chargers behind. They called within minutes.

The room had all needed amenities and was very comfortable. it felt secluded and private despite its central location. the bed was very comfortable. the room had good soundproofing and perfect air conditioning. This ensured a great night's sleep.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues Existed

poor breakfast insufficient chilling

The hotel's location was quite central.

I was disappointed by several aspects , including breakfast. Pastries tasted either undercooked or overcooked , and the cold food lacked proper chilling. The hot food options did not impress me either , especially considering what I paid.

The breakfast was not good value at 20 euros per person , and there was no bar area available for a quiet drink. additionally , accessing the pool required an extra payment . This felt excessive.
